Thousands of jobs are being created in the renewable energy industry, and Kate Ebli is determined to make sure Monroe County gets its share. She will keep working to attract global investors, especially makers of wind turbines and solar panels, to bring a new wave of manufacturing jobs that capaitalize on Michigan's natural resources and top-notch workforce. Kate Ebli also believes in protecting jobs we arleady have by providing incentives to encourage businesses that grow or relocate in Michigan - not those that outsource to places like China.
Health Care
Too many Michigan residents go without prescription drugs or health care simply because they cannot afford it. This is unacceptable because it puts those residents at risk and increases costs for the state. Kate Ebli will continue to work hard to make sure that everyone has access to the medical treatment they need.
Education
Kate Ebli's top prioirty is creating good-paying jobs now. Kate Ebli will keep fighting to help our working families get back on their feet. This begins with working to ensure our schools and colleges have the resources to prepare our students to compete for the good-paying jobs of the 21st century global economy. Kate Ebli believes in supporting our local schools so that they can give Monroe residents every possible opportunity to earn the jobs the deserve.
Environment
Michigan is a beautiful place to live and play. Kate Ebli will keep fighting to stop the trash companies that are turning Michigan into a dumping ground for out-of-state and Canadian trash. She will continue to stand up agaianst corporations that want to take our water and sell it for profit.
Second Amendment
Kate Ebli is a strong believer in protecting our Second Amendment rights.
